CAME ON FOR HEARING this 24 day of April, 1997, DSC Communication Corporation's ("DSC") Motion For Expedited Discovery, and the Court, after considering the pleadings on file in this matter and the arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that said motion is well-taken. It is, therefore:
ORDERED that DSC's Motion for Expedited Hearing shall be and hereby is granted. It is farther:
ORDERED that Evan Brown ("Brown") shall appear for deposition on April 30, 1997.
