CAME ON FOR HEARING this 28th day of April, 1997, DSC Communication Corporation's ("DSC") Motion to Amend Temporary Restraining Order and Order Expediting Discovery, and the Court, after considering the pleadings on file in this matter and the arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that said Motion is well-taken. It is, therefore:
ORDERED that DSC's Motion to Amend Temporary Restraining Order and Order Expediting Discovery shall be and hereby is granted. It is further:
ORDERED that Evan Brown ("Brown") shall appear for deposition on April 30, 1997, at which time Brown shall produce all documents within his possession, custody, or control that are responsive to the requests set forth in the Notice of Deposition Duces Tecum (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A" to Plaintiff s Motion for Expedited Discovery).
